This Sunday 26 January, I'll be taking on one of the toughest 70.3 courses in the world, Buffalo City, East London!
Better yet, I will be racing for an amazing initiative, Ironman 4 the kidz, helping give the kids of the Eastern Cape a better and brighter future.
Ironman 4 the kidz can be recognised by their lumo orange on race day - and we want to hear you scream...but my question to you is:
What does the colour ORANGE mean to you?...
To me, it represents purpose, hope, compassion, empathy, strength and stamina. All the above is what goes into carrying and caring for each and every charity under Ironman 4 the kidz. It's a whole lot of orange and spice, and not everything nice, to come up with the perfect formula, putting smiles on many faces...as they cheer you on through tough conditions, knowing you are cheering them on through even tougher...Team orange - Go the extra mile all the way!
Support our kids, support our cause - follow my link below to help a hero♥ As little as R5 can be donated - If you can find that R5, I would be ever so grateful.
