Injury count after explosion in Kempton Park climbs to 23

The injury count following a gas explosion in a restaurant at the Festival Mall in Kempton Park has risen to 23.
Paramedics said three workers are still in a serious condition while the others were treated for minor injuries.
The explosion took place in a back room near the kitchen of the Mugg and Bean restaurant.
An investigation into the cause of the blast is continuing.
