Port Elizabeth police have arrested two people and seized cocaine worth an estimated R300 000 in raid on a house in Kamma Park.
Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, said police K9 members were acting on a tip-off when they executed a search warrant at the house in Cromwell Street on Friday.
She said police found the two busy “cutting and packing drugs into small packets”.
“After thoroughly searching the house, R28 800 in cash , 11 cell phones, two scales, cutting equipment and cocaine was seized,” Janse van Rensburg said.
The man and a woman, aged 36 and 37, are due to appear in court on Tuesday.
