Ingredients:
1 x 8 piece Country Range braai pack     

Marinade:

1 x onion, sliced

5 x hot red chillies, roughly chopped

3 cloves of crushed garlic

3 tbsp paprika

4 large lemons

15 ml brown sugar

2 tbsp olive oil

100 ml water

Salt and pepper

Method:

Prepare braai so coals are hot.

Prepare marinade by adding all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken and allow to marinate for 10 - 15 min. 

Place the chicken pieces on an open flame grill/braai, basting with marinade regularly. Turn frequently to avoid burning. Braai for approximately 15 - 20min. Once cooked, remove chicken from the braai.

Plate on wooded board with braai’ed corn topped with butter. 

Garnish with fresh lemon and whole roasted chilli.
