Algoa Cares Because She Matters

Imagine missing three months of your school year, every year, because you cannot afford to buy sanitary wear. This is the harsh reality for thousands of school girls in Algoa Country.

Now Imagine, if every household that was able to, made a donation to this campaign, what a difference we could make in the lives of these schoolgirls.

A couple of minutes of your time online ,donating any amount you are comfortable with is  all it will take.

We’ve partnered with three NPOs across our broadcast footprint to assist us in getting the sanitary wear to where it is needed most.

In the Eastern Cape we are working with The Community Chest Eastern Cape . Their SANITARY THUTHUZELA  PROJECT purchases and distributes sanitary wear on an ongoing basis.

In the Border Area we have partnered with the Nam Foundation. This NPO works tirelessly to collect and distribute sanitary towels in East London and surrounds.

In the George area, our partner is the George Child and Family Welfare Organisation, an  NPO that also collects and distributes sanitary towels on an ongoing basis.

WE have the power to put power in her pocket and give her the freedom to thrive.
