JOB TITLE: OUTSIDE BROADCAST ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATION: Relevant tertiary marketing, events or media qualification


EXPERIENCE: 1 year experience in marketing, promotions or events


BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Outside Broadcasts

• Planning and Implementing of Outside broadcasts
• Coordinating and briefing all presenters for outside broadcasts
• Managing promoters and activations at outside broadcasts

Branding

• Managing branding, including the setup and breakdown of branding at all events and outside
  broadcasts
• Ensuring prominent branding at all events and outside broadcasts
• Coordinate the distribution of station branding and keep accurate records of stock

COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Good organizational and planning skills
• Able to work independently
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive and assertive
• Innovative and Creative
• Drivers license
• Computer literate MS Word and Excel
