The Chevrolet Warriors have secured a home-final in the Standard Bank Pro 20 and also qualified for the lucrative Champions League in September - of which they will be one of the hosts.
Its all courtesy of a gritty ten-run win over the Cape Cobras in the second leg of the Standard Bank Pro 20 semi-finals at Newlands.
Chasing the Warriors' score of 121 for six, the Cobras were restricted to 111 for six with fast bowler Makhaya Ntini claiming two for 12 off four overs.
Defending, a small total, the Warriors bowlers were magnificent, Rusty Theron clean bowling Justin Kemp in the last over to end with 2 for 29 in his four overs.
The spin duo of Johan Botha and Nicky Boje tied the Cobras batsmen up in knots in the middle part of the innings.
Botha taking 1 for 15 in his four and Boje 1 for 20 in four.
Earlier, a battling half-century partnership between Craig Thyssen and Botha provided the backbone of the Warriors' innings - and they scored a priceless 20 runs of the last over bowled by Charl Langeveldt.
Botha ended on 29 not out off 27 balls and Thyssen 27 not off just 18 deliveries.
The final is next Friday evening 12 March at Axxess DSL, st Georges, with the Warriros facing the Titans or the Lions.
