Axxess DSL Ocean Racing Series - Round Three

Round 3 of the Axxess DSL Ocean Racing Series saw 600 participants and a packed Hobie Beach celebrate the first day of November 2009.

Chris van de Sande won the SPAR 1km Swim from Giovanni Falco with Kyle Henning in 3rd place. Carmel Billson won the ladies race from Kaleigh Graham and Christy Vaughan.

In the Crocs 2km Ocean Swim, Frank Greeff won from Lawrence Van Lingen with Michael Marais in 3rd place. Whilst Jessica Roux took the ladies 2km race from Tammy Geyer and Rebecca Newman

In the Beachfront Lodges 5km Beach Run/walk it was once again Marinus Johnson from Roberltuis Matthys and Antonio Seconds whilst Liandie Pretorius took the ladies race from Ursula Kuhn and Simone Paine

In the Boardwalk 6km Ocean Paddle, the Zeelie siblings Calvin and Jordon won the double ski race whilst Marc Economou won the Single ski race from Ernst Linder and Roddy Fox. In the ladies paddle race, Inge Economou won from Ruth Fox and Antoinette Scholtz.
 
The next race day will be in two weeks time on Sunday 15th November.
