About Viv Bozack
Viv Bozack “Anything funny gets me cracked up as long as it doesn’t include anyone getting hurt”.

Viv is our fun-loving guy who brightens up the dark and gloomy days of his friends and colleagues with his constant big and welcoming smile and kindred spirit. His listeners know him as the fun-loving and friendly guy next door who keeps them entertained and appreciated at lunch time weekdays. Algoa FM’s golden boy was “born in Flagstaff, Transkei; raised country-wide, but mostly in PE”. Viv started out as an emcee/rapper, and “won the old On the Go Show in his youth”.

With Viv’s infectious smile, enthusiasm for life and people with his insatiable love for music, destined him to be an on-air presenter, doing what he loves day in and day out. He loves his job so much, and says that if he wasn’t a presenter he “would definitely be stalking the Programming Manager to try and get on radio”.

Viv’s show provides an interesting and exciting array of information and entertainment as he carves his way through the lunchtime space. Together with Roy Williams, he creates awareness of local charities in our broadcast area on Algoa Cares, a feature during which, listeners have the opportunity to call in and pledge their support whether through funds or in kind. The show also features the What’s-On diary, keeping listeners updated on the latest local community events and he provides some financial advice on how to spend money wisely with Paul Lennord’s feature called Money Talk. Great music with some friendly gossip drives the lunch hour show with Viv.
